Confunden mural con vandalismo

In recent days Nogales, Sonora city workers received a call about graffiti and responded by painting over this 16-year-old mural. Alberto Morackis, a locally famous muralist, painted the piece in 1996. It's called "Mexico Opuesto," or Mexico in Opposition, and features the snake scene on Mexico's flag in the talons of an eagle, except that it's pictured from below.
