• When: 5 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, at CRIZMAC Marketplace, 1642 N. Alvernon Way, where Masaquiza's tapestries are on display. At 6:30 p.m., Masaquiza will discuss the tradition of weaving in Salasaca, Ecuador, and how it evolved from people producing their own clothing to colorful woven works of art. Masaquiza's weavings also are on display at Old Brazil, 228 S. Park Ave.
