Giffords at Tucson shooting site: Expand gun-buyer background checks

Former U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords returned today to the site where she was shot to call on lawmakers to reform gun laws to help reduce violence. She was joined by her husband, Mark Kelly, as well as some survivors of the Tucson shooting.
