This newly opened bar — affiliated with Flagstaff import Diablo Burger at 312 E. Congress St. — is all about Arizona craft beers and boutique wines.

Tap & Bottle, 403 N. Sixth Ave., 344-8999; facebook.com/thetapandbottle Tap & Bottle doesn’t make its own beer or wine, yet that hasn’t stopped the tasting room from becoming one of the hottest destinations for fans of either. Owners Scott and Rebecca Safford opened over the summer with 20 beers on tap and six types of wine by the glass, and more than 400 bottles available for purchase. They collaborate frequently with local breweries.

With more than 600 craft beers planned and 50 rotating taps available at any given time, World of Beer is set to open later this month. The 3,000-square-foot space will be on the ground floor of The Cadence student housing complex downtown.
