J.A. "Judith" Jance will take part in a two-hour conversation about writing mysteries, her writing life and her stories at the next Tucson Chapter of Sisters in Crime meeting.

Jance, who divides her time between Seattle and Tucson, has more than 10 million copies in print. She has three mystery series: the J.P. Beaumont series, centered on a retired Seattle police officer; the Joanna Brady series, about a Southern Arizona sheriff; and the Ali Reynolds series, featuring a 40-something ex-newscaster living in Sedona - in addition to four interrelated Southwest thrillers featuring the Walker family, and a book of poetry.
