Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill at Tucson Mall quietly opened Sunday, but only serving dinner. The restaurant and country bar will open full-time on Monday. Until then, it is open 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. Beginning Monday, it will be open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
Meanwhile at Foothills Mall, The Lodge Sasquatch Kitchen, Aaron May's second culinary venture, opened Wednesday. It's open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily. May also owns May's Counter Chicken & Waffles on East Speedway.
