The east side’s Bone-In Steakhouse is now The Settlement Smokehouse Victuals Libations.

Along with the name change, the restaurant’s owner, Gary Sneva, also tweaked the menu to include fish entrees and a couple of salads, said manager Annie McGinnis.

They also upgraded their meat to Black Angus beef, including adding a filet mignon “to appeal to a broader group of people.”

The Settlement Smokehouse is the latest incarnation for the building, which has housed a steakhouse of one sort or another for more than 40 years. For 25 of those years it was Webb’s Old Spanish Trail Steak House.
