IHOP will turn 100 tons of pumpkin into pumpkin pancakes this month as the national pancake chain rolls out its popular trio of signature seasonal flapjacks.
In addition to pumpkin, IHOP brings back its New York cheesecake and is introducing a carrot cake pancake.
Altogether now: YUMMO.
• Pumpkin pancakes are made with real pumpkin, spices and crowned with creamy whipped topping.
• New York cheesecake is griddled with real cheesecake pieces, then crowned with glazed strawberries and creamy whipped topping.
• Carrot cake is an oatmeal spice pancake recipe featuring a sweet-savory mix of fresh, diced apples, shredded carrots, coconut, raisins, crunchy walnut pieces topped with whipped butter and a drizzle of cream cheese icing.
IHOP has several Tucson locations 5101 E. Grant Road and 4187 N. Oracle Road.
