Last week, Tucson welcomed Union Public House in St. Philip's Plaza, which joined Wilko near the UA and Noble Hops in Oro Valley in the area's fledgling gastropub arena.

But that arena is getting bigger. Two weeks ago, Stadium Grill & Bar on Oracle and Orange Grove roads quietly transformed into The Parish gastropub. And later this month in Marana's Continental Ranch neighborhood, Jackson's Grille & Gastropub will move into a space that was most recently home to a Jimmy's American Bistro.
