How would you use your position as an elected official to help businesses create jobs in Southern Arizona? The best way to create good paying jobs for Arizona's families is to foster a business-friendly environment that attracts world-class industries and encourages local companies to increase their investment in our beautiful state.

Should the qualifications for Medicaid or AHCCCS be broadened to make more people eligible? We should focus on attracting more quality jobs with good benefits so people can get medical coverage at work. These programs should be there for the truly needy who are unable to work.

If you were in a position to vote on SB1070, would you have voted for or against it? The federal government has failed to protect our state from the drug trafficking and human smuggling along the border. I fully support Arizona taking action through SB 1070.

In a world of finite resources, what if anything would you be willing to cut to better fund education? A much better solution is to grow the economy so we have the resources to fully fund education.

Should local government fight to keep the Rosemont Copper Mine out or encourage the company to stay? Our region needs the jobs and economic boost from Rosemont and I fully support the project.

What is the most important issue in your race? I will focus on thoughtful tax and regulatory reforms so that we can finally put Arizona on a long-term path to prosperity for decades into the future.
