How would you use your position as an elected official to help businesses create jobs in Southern Arizona?
I would work to lower taxes and regulation on business. I want businesses and individuals in Arizona to trade freely with as many other businesses, people and Countries as possible. The free market creates jobs; not the government.
Should the qualifications for Medicaid or AHCCCS be broadened to make more people eligible?
The Federal Government should not be involved in healthcare.
If you were in a position to vote on SB1070, would you have voted for or against it?
I would vote against it. We are supposed to be a Nation of free people. Simply eliminating government benefits will solve the immigration problem.
In a world of finite resources, what if anything would you be willing to cut to better fund education?
The Federal Government should not be involved in education. I would abolish The Department of Education.
Should local government fight to keep the Rosemont Copper Mine out or encourage the company to stay?
The local government should always encourage business to stay by supporting a free market. No business has a right to trespass.
What is the most important issue in your race?
Getting people to understand and value freedom including the notions of individual rights and responsibilities.
