A Massachussets-based automotive service company plans to hire 200 employees at its Tucson call center by the end of the year.

Agero, which was formerly called Cross Country Automotive Services until it combined with ATX Group, provides help to drivers at the local call center. Employees take calls from motorists in need of emergency roadside assistance and help manage insurance issues at accident scenes.

The company said it’s already added 300 new employees at its Tucson call center so far this year.

Agero has five call centers in North America and offices in Europe.

Interested applicants can visit the “careers” section of the company’s website, www.Agero.com, or call 770-4700 for more information.
