Restaurateur thinks big

Nino Aidi stands in front of the unfinished bar on the top floor of his new restaurant. Aidi, a French-Syrian businessman, is remodeling the 12,800-square-foot building formerly occupied by Cafe Terra Cotta on Sunrise Drive to accommodate his expansive concept for several interlocking "components" on one property.
