Sales director, VP for casino

Mark Scheller has been named director of sales for the Casino del Sol Resort, Spa & Conference Center.

Additionally, Kimberly Van Amburg has been promoted to senior vice president and general counsel of Sol Casinos.

Scheller most recently was director of global accounts for Helms Briscoe, a major meeting-planning agency. A 30-year veteran of the hospitality industry, Scheller also has held sales-management and director positions with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton and Omni hotels and resorts around the country.

Van Amburg has served for the past three years as assistant attorney general for the Pascua Yaqui Tribe, overseeing gaming and regulatory issues. She is a 1999 graduate of the University of Arizona College of Law. She worked as an attorney in commercial litigation in Dallas before returning to Tucson to work for a local firm.

Frisby joins Eurofresh Farms

Sean Frisby has been named vice president of marketing and category management for Eurofresh Farms, a Willcox-based greenhouse grower of tomatoes and cucumbers.

Frisby has nearly 20 years of product and brand management experience, most recently as a marketing director for Desert Glory Ltd. in San Antonio, Texas. He also held marketing management positions with the H-E-B Grocery Co. in San Antonio and with marketing agencies and entertainment venues around Chicago and Los Angeles.

CODAC promotes Molly Kent

CODAC Behavioral Health Services has promoted Molly Kent to program coordinator of Step Forward, an early-intervention and treatment program for youth facing substance-abuse and mental-health disorders. Kent, formerly a child and family therapist with CODAC, has 35 years of experience providing treatment and support services to youth and families. A licensed professional counselor with the Arizona State Board of Behavioral Health, she earned a master's of education degree in counseling from the University of Arizona and a bachelor's degree in English literature from Middlebury College in Vermont.
