After last week’s episode of HBO’s TV news drama “The Newsroom,” previews for upcoming episodes indicated that the show will tackle the infamous Jan. 8, 2011, shooting in which six people died and 13 were injured, including then-U.S. Rep. Gabrielle Giffords.
