A 31-year-old Mexican man was arrested Sept. 21, 2013, when he attempted to enter the United States with more than 31 pounds of methamphetamine in his vehicle. The drugs were located within the doors of his Nissan sedan. The drugs, valued at nearly $485,000, were detected by a Customs and Border Protection narcotics dog at the Port of Nogales.
