Liens and foreclosures, broken down by company
Since the 2008 bailout, big banks have bought $16 million worth of tax liens
in Pima County while foreclosing on more than 3,000 homeowners. Some of the
liens are in the same neighborhoods and on the same street as the
foreclosures.
Check the box next to the banks to see the tax lien certificates they
purchased and then click their foreclosures to compare. Or check all the
boxes and zoom into your neighborhood to see what houses near you have liens
or foreclosures from these five banks.
If you click on the lien or foreclosure a bubble will pop up to show you the
address, the lender, the amount of the lien and what year the lien or
foreclosure occurred.
